3. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive project-related SMS updates. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard messaging rates may apply.
4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)
Contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (for marketing communications where opted in).
5. Data Retention
Client project data retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance. Enquiry data from non-clients retained for up to 12 months. Deletion requests honoured subject to legal requirements.
