Refund & Revision Policy

We work with every client until they’re genuinely happy with the result. This page explains your revision entitlements and when refunds apply.
Revision Policy
Included revisions by package:
- Starter: 1 revision round per deliverable
- Pro: 3 revision rounds per deliverable
- Elite: Unlimited revisions until satisfaction
What qualifies as a revision: Changes within the original project scope — wording, design elements, tone, structure, formatting.What doesn’t qualify: A complete change of direction, new concept, or significant scope addition. These are change orders and quoted accordingly.
Revision deadline: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of each deliverable. After 14 days, the deliverable is considered approved.
Refund Policy
Before work commences: Full refund of deposit, minus payment processing fees.
After commencement, before first draft: 50% refund of total project feeAfter first draft delivery: No refund available for that deliverable. You retain full revision entitlement to reach a satisfactory result.
After final delivery and approval: No refunds. Once files are delivered and approved, the project is complete.
Quality disputes: If you believe a deliverable materially fails the agreed brief and revision rounds haven’t resolved it, contact us in writing. We review every quality dispute and will work with you in good faith.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party ISBN costs, rush surcharges, and platform submission fees once incurred.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@britishbookpublisher.co.uk with your project reference and description of the issue. We’ll respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days.
