No. Here’s exactly why.
Our Default Position
Every single client project is treated as confidential — automatically, without you having to ask. We don’t discuss your project, your identity, or your book with anyone outside your project team.
This covers your manuscript idea and content, your identity as the author, your publishing strategy, your KDP account details, and any materials you share with us during the project.
Our Internal Agreements
Every team member — writers, designers, editors, project managers — operates under confidentiality agreements. They’re prohibited from disclosing client projects to anyone outside the team and from using client ideas for any purpose beyond the commissioned work.
Formal NDA
Our standard client agreement includes enforceable confidentiality provisions. If your project requires additional legal protection — a high-profile memoir, a book tied to an active business deal, or any project where extra security matters — we’ll execute a standalone NDA before any information is shared.

Author Credit
All ghostwritten work is published entirely under your name. We make no claim to authorship or any form of public credit.
We may feature completed books in our general portfolio without identifying you as the client or revealing any ghostwriting involvement. If you’d prefer your book not be featured at all, tell us in writing and we’ll respect that absolutely.
KDP Account Security
When we access yourAmazon KDP account on your behalf, we use your credentials only for the agreed tasks and delete access after project completion unless you request otherwise. We recommend changing your KDP password after project completion as standard practice.
Data Retention
Project materials are retained only as long as necessary to complete your project and revision window. Deletion of your project files on request.
